Once I register, are my attendees automatically confirmed? 

No. Your Seven Hills Global hospitality team will reach out to you notifying you of your approval. Once approved, SHG will share a link directly with approved attendees requesting additional travel details. 

Can I bring my retail customers?

For retail requests to La Rojena, please reach out for your commercial planning lead as the Founder Led Trips in 2026 are intended for On Premise as per Juan Domingo’s request. 

Are plus-ones allowed to join? 

Unless approved prior to the ask, this is not a +1 trip for spouses.  Exceptions can apply but need to be approved by market’s DVP and On Premise VP.

How many attendees can I bring?

Proximo personnel should be only 10-15% of the attendees on a Founder Led Trip.  Please ensure that you have a minimum of 5 guests accompanying you on a trip to stay close to the 15% threshold.  Please note: 1 Proximo + 5 guests is 17% Proximo. If you have less than five, please connect with other Proximo leads to see if they have attendees that can join your group.
